Don entered the real estate industry as a consumer of investment acquisitions and sales. He found his stride helping others buy and sell real estate when he became an agent. Don has been a top producing Wichita Realtor for more than 15 years and has received either the Mater’s Circle Award ($5 million in sales) or the President’s Club Award ($2.5 million in sales) each year–reaching more than $12 million in sales the past two years alone. Dwight began working with real estate in the late 1990s with a rental property. His rental business grew and prospered. Dwight then wanted to help others with his hard-earned knowledge by getting a real estate sales person license in 2011. He gets great pleasure out of helping people navigate the real estate buying and selling process. He lives in Kechi, Kansas and focuses his business on the Kechi, Bel Air, Park City, and northeast Sedgwick County areas, but regularly helps clients all over south central Kansas. Dwight has served on the Kechi Chamber Board and is very active in his church. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Kansas Association of REALTORS, and REALTORS of South Central Kansas.
