Don entered the real estate industry as a consumer of investment acquisitions and sales. He found his stride helping others buy and sell real estate when he became an agent. Don has been a top producing Wichita Realtor for more than 10 years and has received either the Master’s Circle Award ($5 million in sales) or President’s Club Award ($2.5 million in sales) each year—reaching more than $12 million in sales the past two years alone. DWIGHT BOYCE – REALTOR
Dwight Boyce began working with real estate in the late 1990’s with a rental property. His rental property business grew and prospered. Dwight then desired to help other people with everything he had learned in real estate by getting a real estate sales person license in 2011. He gets great pleasure out of helping people navigate the real estate buying and selling process. He lives in Kechi, Kansas and focuses his real estate business on the Kechi, Bel Aire, Park City and Northeast Sedgwick county areas but regularly helps clients all over South Central Kansas. He is very excited to work with Wheat State Realty. Dwight is the Treasurer for the Kechi Chamber of Commerce and is also very active in his church. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Kansas Association of REALTORS and REALTORS of South Central Kansas.
